Jennifer
New Patient Coordinator
Jennifer’s passion and excellence exude and guide you through your initial visit to our practice. With 20 plus years of clinical experience, she is well prepared to answer all questions as you begin your treatment. She assists Dr. Sullivan with your clinical exam and records. Jennifer ensures you thoroughly understand your diagnosis and treatment. She prepares your orthodontic financial investment plan and makes certain you are comfortable as you begin your treatment at Sullivan Orthodontics. For patients that are in our observation program, Jennifer monitors your growth and development. She will support you and guide you through the proper time to start orthodontic care, keeping your observations on schedule. Jennifer enjoys assisting patients like you in their achievement of a dazzling, healthy smile while being supported by a dedicated and caring team.
Shari
Clinical Manager
With over 10 years of experience, Shari flawlessly supervises our treatment area. She beautifully coordinates patient records, patient treatment, Dr. Sullivan’s schedule, and treatment team training. She is a magnificent mixture of compassionate patient care, education, and time management. Shari is responsible for the comfort and protection of our patients through safely implementing all OSHA and HIPPA requirements. She is excited to be our new Marketing Coordinator. Shari makes our practice a fun place to be with monthly contests and exciting prizes. She is active in many animal rights activities and coordinates our animal shelter fundraiser yearly. She values working in a caring and nurturing environment for both our patients and team. Shari continuously strives to ensure our patients have the best orthodontic experience possible.
Alexis
Scheduling Coordinator
Alexis is the first smiling face you see when you enter our practice. With her years of clinical experience, she is excellent at answering treatment questions and accommodating all your needs while maintaining a timely and efficient schedule. She is devoted to every patient and diligently works to ensure treatment is completed on time. She enjoys managing our Sullivan Orthodontics Kids Club, exclusively for children under 7. She loves to help the children place their pictures on our Sullivan Orthodontics Family Tree. Alexis is grateful for the way our team works together daily to provide the best atmosphere possible for both our patients and our team members.
Morgan
Treatment Team Assistant
Morgan enjoys assisting Dr. Sullivan daily in skillfully treating our patients. She loves interacting with our community in the many volunteer activities and the community awareness programs Sullivan Orthodontics participates in throughout the year. Her favorite program is Relay For Life, which Morgan coordinates yearly. She is always appreciative of the support we receive year after year from our community in helping us reach our donation goals and battle cancer. In our treatment area, Morgan’s favorite appointment is the debond. She is always excited to be the first to show a patient their new, beautiful smile.
Cassandra
Treatment Team Assistant
Cassandra emulates the positive energy of Sullivan Orthodontics. She is sincere and committed to providing our patients with comfort and respect during their treatment. She is well trained in sterilization and lab work. Cassandra enjoys assisting chair side, giving care instructions to patients with new braces, and assisting with our weekly marketing activities.
